In the lead up to my October wedding, I decided it was time to start getting fit and losing some weight before becoming a bride. Initially, I was so motivated when I got the exercising bug. Almost instantly I found myself feeling full of energy, and could even jog the way home from the gym. My nearest gym is Anytime Fitness, I originally used to go of an evening as summer nights were still nice and light. I now try and go in the mornings with my friend.
To be quite honest, I’m not overly bothered with my size or appearance because I like to eat bad food. I will eat chocolate for breakfast, and then go run it off. Sometimes I do think of what results I would get if I had any sort of will power, but I cant do everything lol.
Exercising really is a great type of therapy, my spirits are soon lifted after a good few gym sessions. I would recommend joining a gym if you have poor mental health, the results truly are mentally and physically positive. I have really bad anxiety and I happily start laying on the mats by myself with a medicine ball doing russain twists in a gym full of member.
